Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Raw rice flour 1 cup
  2. Urud Dal 1 table spoon
  3. Roasted gram 1 table spoon
  4. Bengal gram dal 1 table spoon
  5. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Dry fry urud Dal and powder finely
  2. Soak Bengal gram Dal for 1/2 an hour
  3. Powder roasted gram finely
  4. Mix all ingredients Except oil Like roti dough
  5. Greese a plastic paper and keep a small ball of dough in it and cover with another greesed sheet and with the help of a flat based vessel press it to flat
  6. Take carefully and fry in hot oil till crispy
