Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw rice 1/2 kg
  2. Jaggery 1 1/4 kg
  3. Ghee 200 gm
  4. Cashew 50 gm
  5. Cardamom 3teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 15 minutes
  2. Pressure cook it for 3 whistles
  3. Check whether it is well cooked mash with a spoon
  4. Add jaggery and cook stirring constantly
  5. Don't add water
  6. Add ghee and cardamom powder
  7. Fry cashew and add to it
  8. Serve hot
