ABOUT Arbi Rice RECIPE

Its a very basic receipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Rice -Cooked Rice - 2cups
  2. Oil - 1tablepsoon
  3. Cumin seeds - 1tablespoon
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  5. Tomato - 1/2chopped
  6. For chiken-
  7. Chiken cubes - 1cup
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Ginger/garlic - 2tablespoon
  10. Pepper powder - 1tablespoon
  11. Oil - 2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chiken with all the ingredients.
  2. Than fry it.
  3. In a pan add oil add cumin seeds than add tomato.
  4. Add turmeric powder and rice mix it well.
  5. In a bowl plate rice than put chiken over it.
