It is a favourite item of those child,who does not like vegetable.but we all know vegetable is very good gor health

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boil vegetables 200gm(carrot,potato,cauliflower)
  2. Kalijeera 1 teaspoon
  3. Ginger,gerlic paste 2 teaspoon each
  4. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Chopped green chilli 2 teaspoon
  6. Flour 2 cup
  7. Bread crumbs
  8. Soyabean oil

Instructions

  1. Heat little oil
  2. Then add Kalijeera and all boiled vegetables ginger,gerlic paste,jeera powder,green chilli.stir it very well and off the gas
  3. Now make a dough with flour,salt,soyabean oil.
  4. Make roti.and roasted lightly
  5. Now put that prepare vegetables on roti
  6. Make roll,coat in bread crumb and deep fry
