Now dip each plantain piece in the batter and drop in the heated oil , fry till they turn golden brown and then serve hot with yerra karam(red chili chutney) or sauce of your choice. This can be prepared very fast and easily. Plantains are rich in fibre, magnesium and pottasium, very good for digestive problems., And easy to digest.
