In a bowl , add chickpeas flour , rice flour , salt , ginger garlic green chilli paste , hing , Kashmiri chilli powder , coriander powder . lime juice and mix all together to a smooth paste consistency .
Add little water to adjust the consistency of the prepared batter . The batter shouldn’t be too tight nor too runny as well .
Now add the peanuts to this batter . Mix well so that the peanuts are finely coated with masala ( batter ) .
Heat a wok , heat oil for frying . Add the masala coated peanuts into the hot oil . Reduce the flame and fry for 2 minutes till the peanuts turn to beautiful golden red colour ( Red colour is because of the Kashmiri red chilli powder ) . In case you use ordinary chilli powder , you may get golden brown peanuts . Tats fine too .
Fry the peanuts both the sides and remove the fried peanuts from the hot oil . Drain out excess oil .
Serve hot with a cup of hot beverage .
