ABOUT Mutton Sukkha RECIPE

Spicy and tasty mutton sukka can be served chapati +roti+bread+naan or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half kg mutton.
  2. 2 tblspn ginger garlic paste.
  3. Half bunch coriander leaves.
  4. 2 big Tomato chopped.
  5. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. Half cup yogurt or cooking cream
  7. Pinch of turmeric powder.
  8. Cinnamon half inch.
  9. 1 bay leaves.
  10. Oil 5 tblspn.
  11. 3 cloves
  12. Pinch of red chilli powder
  13. Half lemon
  14. 6 green chilli
  15. 2 big onion chopped
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Few mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Take the mutton, add pinch of ginger garlic paste, salt and 1 green chilli and half boil/pressure cooker or slightly cook and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, green chilli and mint leaves fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add onion chopped and fry till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder black pepper powder fry for 1 minutes.
  5. Now add tomatoes and coriander leaves fry till tomatoes are soft and add salt to taste.
  6. Add half boiled mutton and fry for 10 minutes then add yogurt or cooking cream and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. And lastly add half a lemon juice coriander leaves. Tomoto silises. Cucumber slices and serve it with chapati. Naan or rice.
  8. Yummy mutton sukkha is ready to serve.
