Generally make sabudana kheer during the navartri festival or during some of the fasting or vrat days. this is a popular indian pudding that is made with tapioca pearls for religious fasting days.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sago powder 2 tsp
  2. Suger 2 tsp
  3. Water 2 cup
  4. Salt pinch
  5. Cardamom powder pinch
  6. Milk 1 cup
  7. Nuts few

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add sago powder
  2. Add suger
  3. Add pinch of salt
  4. Add cardamom powder mix well
  5. Add milk and boil
  6. After sago cooked garnish with nuts
  7. serve hot or cold
