Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Methi leaves 4 spoon chopped
  2. Coriander leaves 2 spoon chopped
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ajwain powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Wheat flour 2 cup
  6. Oil as required
  7. Water as required
  8. Turmeric powder 1/6 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour add methi leaves, coriander leaves,salt,oil 1-spoon, turmeric powder ,ajwain powder,mix well.
  2. Then add water and knead the dough.
  3. Dough is like roti, not so hard.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Then make thin roti.
  6. Roasted it both sides.
  7. On low heat.
  8. Serve with tea.
