low calorie ..Non fried recipe of dahi vada with the indulgence of spinach into it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup moongdal_green...
  2. 2 tbsp palak puree
  3. 2 green chilly
  4. salt
  5. for topping :
  6. low fat whisk curd - 1/2 cup
  7. khajoor chutney - 1 tbsp
  8. roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
  9. red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. salt
  11. coriander leaves [hadnful]

Instructions

  1. soak d moongdal 3 hours..
  2. grind it in smooth paste..add salt chilli paste..palak puree....
  3. In appam pan grease d pan with oil n put d 1tbsp of moongdal batter..n roast it..till it golden brown
  4. .now turn d other side n do same. soak d vada in buttermilk for 3 mins
  5. squeeze d all vadas
  6. for serving.. put d vada in plate..Top it with curd..khajoor chutney ,cumin powder,chilli powdee,salt n garnish with coriander leaves..pomegranate seeds..serve chill ..
