ABOUT Chicken Patties RECIPE

Chicken mixed with potato and coated with besan, adds a perfect crunch for an evening snack

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken Mince - 200 gms
  2. Potato - 2 ( smashed)
  3. Besan - 4 tsp
  4. Marination : cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  7. garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Ginger and garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken mince for 10 mins with the ingredients mentioned under Marination.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. add the marinated mince and stir well till the chicken is cooked and is turned golden brown. Remove and allow it to cool
  3. Prepare the besan batter. The consistency should not be too thick or too thin.
  4. Mix the smashed potato and the fried chicken mince well
  5. Heat a oil in a pan to shallow fry the patties.
  6. Take a handful of the patty mix , roll it in ur hand, flatten it a little and carefully dip in the batter and shallow fry.
  7. Once the bottom side is golden brown , turn it to the other side and shallow fry till golden brown
  8. Enjoy the chicken patties with some tomato sauce and mayo.
