ABOUT Chicken patties RECIPE

From the day I used this SPRIG Spice blend to in my recipe I have become a fan of it. Better butter gave me a chance to use this product. The first dish I prepared using this Spice blend was cream cheese chicken and now I have prepared this chicken patties.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken keema 250gn
  2. ginger 1 piece
  3. garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. SPRIG Spice blend 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  7. Green chili 2 no.
  8. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  10. Egg 1
  11. bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  12. Butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the keema into the blender
  2. Add green chili and ginger
  3. Add SPRIG Spice blend
  4. Add salt and olive oil
  5. Add garlic paste
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add egg
  8. Add bread crumbs
  9. Heat butter in a pan and make patties .shallow fry them both sides till golden and crisp.
  10. Serve hot with lemon
