Pressure cook the matar by adding salt and red food colour for 2whistles till matar soften
Take a mixer jar add all green chutney ingredients and make a coarse paste
Heat 1glass of water in a pan add all tamarind chutney ingredients. and bring it to boil for 10 to 12 minutes
Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add onion paste and saute till light brown
Add tomato puree , all dry masala and salt and cook till oil separate
Add boiled matar and 1 glass of water
Add 1 tablespoon of green chutney and 1 tablespoon of tamarind chutney.
Cook for 5 minutes on slow flame
Take a bowl add boil and mash potato.add all patio ingredients and make dough
Make patties with dough and shallow fry on nonstick tawa
Take a serving plate.place patties.pour ragda over to patties spread some green and turmind chutney.garnish with sev.
