Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup flattened rice soaked and drained
  2. 1 cup green peas boiled
  3. 1 tsp cumin
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 tsp chopped coriander
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 cup fried flattened rice

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil and add cumin and chillies.
  2. Now add flattened rice or chidwa and green peas. Cook for a minute.
  3. Season them with salt and pepper as per your taste
  4. Cook for a minute.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
