ABOUT Mutton Hakka Noodles... RECIPE

My lovely twist to these super yummy noodles with lamb boneless meat slightly pressure cooked. A popular Indo Chinese street food in India that is loved by many. This basically requires sauteeing of veggies and non veg in some Sauces common to Chinese cuisine and then adding the boiled noodles to this and giving it a gentle stir so as not to break them. Made in just a few minutes, these can be perfect for snacking when you are damn hungry after work or school or for a kitty party with friends at tea-time. Filling and delicious both at the same time, these are to die for.
