Ingredients Serving: 4

Boiled mashed potatoes 3 number
Crumbled paneer 1/4 cup
Chopped onion 1 number
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Bread crumbs 3 table spoon
Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Maida solution 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 table spoon
Paneer 1 table spoon
Salt a pinch

Instructions

Mix potatoes paneer onion coriander leaves chilly powder turmeric powder garam masala ginger garlic paste bread crumbs salt and mix well
Make cutlets
Make thin solution of maida
Dip each ball in it and roll on vermicelli
With thumb make a depression in the centre
Deep fry it
In a bowl mix paneer and a pinch salt and make small balls like eggs and keep in the centre
I kept Mani kozhukatta for egg
