Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl rawa,
  2. 1/2 bowl curd,
  3. 1/2 bowl beetroot puree,
  4. Salt
  5. #PEANUT_CHUTNEY
  6. 1 bowl roasted peanut's,
  7. 1 fresh coconut chopped,
  8. 2 green chilies choped,
  9. Salt,
  10. 1 tsp raie,
  11. 1 lemon's juice,
  12. Oil,
  13. Few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix rawa, curd n cover n keep aside 20 min,
  2. Make puree of beet
  3. Mix it in mixer add salt
  4. Grease idle mould, put ladle ful of batter n steam fr 5/6 min n done
  5. #PEANUT_CHUTNEY Grind all the ingredients in mixer nicely n remove in mixing bowl,
  6. In pan put oil add curry leaves, n raie when it crackles add to chutney
