ABOUT Idli Cupcakes RECIPE

An instant recipe for kids tiffin that is very healthy and scrumptious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli khiru 2 cups
  2. Chilli ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
  3. Beet puree 2 tbsp
  4. Spinach- Coriander paste 2 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped onions 1 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
  7. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  8. Mixed herbs 2 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  10. Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  11. Garam Masala 2 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Eno fruit salt 1 tbsp
  14. Oil 1 tbsp
  15. Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Divide the khiru in three parts. Add spinach coriander paste in one part, beet puree in other part and turmeric powder in the last part.
  2. Add chilli ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and coriander, chopped onion in all the parts and mix it well. Add eno fruit salt in all the parts.
  3. Grease the silicon moulds with butter or vegetable oil and pour the batter in it. Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then let it cool for a minute.
  4. Then take it off and serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
