A delicious ice cream made with curd, a perfect after dinner desert with a dash of health too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
Heavy cream 1 tablespoon
Curd 1bowl
Biscuits 4-5
Dry fruits 4 cashews
Vanilla essence 2 drops

Instructions

Take a big bowl add one bowl curd in it.
Add sugar whip till the sugar dissolve in curd
Now add heavy cream and whip
Now add vanilla essence & mix & add dry fruits which u want & add biscuits also
Pour all the mixture into a air tight container and freeze over night. Ur Curd ice cream is ready.
