Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 grams milk
  2. 100 grams all purpose flour
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 100 grams sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon ghee
  6. 1 tablespoon strawberry essence
  7. 80 millilitre strawberry ice cream
  8. 1 cup mixed fruit jam
  9. 1 cup tutti frutti
  10. Walnut, almonds, cashew, pistachio 10-10 grams each

Instructions

  1. Add sugar to curd and beat well. Add ghee and mix again.
  2. Add maida, milk and essence mix well.
  3. Pour into the grease cake tin and place in to a preheated oven at 160 degrees centigrade for 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove and cool.
  4. Spread a butter paper on flat surface and place the cake on top-mix 1 teaspoon jam with little water and sprinkle on the cake.
  5. Spread the strawberry ice cream on top to form a 1 inch layer, sprinkle tutti frutti and then spread green, orange, white color ice cream.
  6. Mix nuts on top.
  7. Remove the butter paper and roll the cake. Cover tightly with the butter paper and keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  8. Cut into slices and serve it.
