A lovely dal fry recipe from Pakistan that is a regular feature at our home especially for dinner. This dal fry is just mindblowingly delicious. Easy to cook and goes well with naans or chapatis. Spicy and a little bit on the tangy side too due to tomatoes. Serve this with cabbage and onion salad.
