Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chana daal -1/2cup
  2. Besan-1/4 cup
  3. Onion chopped-2tsp
  4. Green chilly-1tsp
  5. Garlic minced-1tsp
  6. Ginger grated -1/2tsp
  7. Green coriander -2tsp
  8. Red chilly powder-1tsp
  9. Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
  10. Ajwain-1/4tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Soak chana daal for 10 minute in hot water...
  2. Now take a bowl add soaked chana daal ,besan,onion,ginger,garlic,green chilly,green coriander, red chilly,turmeric,ajwainand salt to taste.
  3. Add water to give it a binding
  4. Now start droping 1 spoonfull of batter in hot oil and fry till u get crispy golden bhajiya.
  5. Enjoy these delicious bhajiya with tea or coffee.
