I made this cheesecake in indian flavour so you can enjoy cheesecake with kesar pista rabri.on festival like holi what can be better then it.so please make it and enjoy it

Ingredients Serving: 6
Layer -1
2 packets of digestive biscuits
1 cup melted butter
For rabri phirni----
500 ml.milk
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp rice flour
1 packet rabri
Rabri phirni------
1/2 Cup Milkmaid
1/2 cup curd
cardmon powder
For 2 nd layer---
1/2 of rabri phirni
3 drops pista milk mix
7-8 rasgoolas
For 3 rd layer---
Remainig phirni
Some saffron strands soaked in lukewarm milk
Whipped cream for dacoration
Instructions
Crush biscuits and add melted butter
And mix them finely
Take a loose bottom cake pan and transfer mixture in it
Set in mould by pressing with fingers or bowl
Keep in freeze for set
For rabri Phirni----
Heat milk and add rabri mix
Stir continuously
Then add rice flour
Stir finely when it becomes ready
Add cardmon powder and essence
Let Phirni cool
Then take mixi and add curd ,Phirni,milkmaid and blend in fine paste
Devide this mix in two parts
For 2 nd layer----
Take one part and add pista milk mix drops
Stir and mix finely
Pour it upon biscuit layer
And bake at 180 degree for 10 min.
For 3rd layer---
Take out mould from ovan
Take remaining phirni
And add soaked saffron
Arrange rasgulla upon pista layer
And Civer it with saffron mix.
And bake again for 10 min
Our Phirni is ready
Cool it in freeze
Take whip cream and garnish it as desired
Serve cool
