ABOUT Gulkand seviya kheer RECIPE

My mother used to make these seviya on all festival this time I added a twist of mine by using gulkand and rose water

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2litre milk
  2. 1/4cup seviya (bambino vercimili)
  3. Chopped Almonds, cashwnuts and pistachios
  4. Nestle milkmaid fow sweetness
  5. 1spoon rose essence
  6. 1spoon gulkand

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add milk and heat it
  2. Add seviya and keep on stiring cook till seviya become soft
  3. Add rose essence and saffron
  4. Add condensed milk and gulkand and mix well cook it
  5. Ready to eat garnish with pistachio almonds and cashwnuts serve hot or chilled as per your choice
