Holi is incomplete without gujiya. Enjoy these homemade mawa gujiya with the festival of colours.

Take mawa in a wok and stir it till grainy and brown.
When it cools down, add dessicated coconut, powdered sugar and other ingredients and mix well.
Take flour and ghee in a bowl and make a dough with water, rest aside for 20-25 mins.
Make small balls with the dough and roll out small pooris.
Using a gujiya maker , make the gujiya with the filling.
Deep fry the gujiya on low flame till brown.
Drain on an absorbent paper and store in container when cool.
