250 gm Paneer
100 gm condensed milk
1/2 tspn Cardamom powder
4 to 5 drops Yellow food colour

Instructions

Mash paneer veary well.
Add condensed milk and colour, cook on slow flame, stirring continuously.
Cook till thick and sides leave. Add cardamom powder and remove from flame.Mix well.
3. Allow the malai to cool. Make laddoos of the mixture.
