1 small tin milkmaid
2 cups flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
150 g butter
2tsp vanilla
1cup aerated soda
For frosting
450 g icing sugar
200 g butter
milk 2 tbsp
2 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

in a bowl, soft together flour ,baking powder and baking soda
cream butter and mix in milkmaid. Alternatively fold in flour and soda water and add vanilla essence
spoon into the cupcake mould and bake at 180 deg oven for 20 mins
for frosting
best butter and icing sugar till creamy
add vanilla and milk beat again
food color and mix well and pipe it
