Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Full fat milk-1 litre
  2. Roohhafza-1/2cup
  3. Vinegar-1tsp
  4. Milk-1/2litre
  5. Custard powder-1tbsp
  6. Sugar-to taste
  7. Pistachios-as per wish
  8. Condensed milk-2tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add full fat milk add roohhafza and mix well.. when it starts to boil add vinegar and let it boil till it curdling is over
  2. Strain over cloth with strainer and keep weight over so that 90%of water leaves
  3. Now knead paneer well again and form in shape of hearts..if heart shape does not come well..add very little cornflour and form
  4. Let the hearts boil in hot water..add it to water only when it starts to boil..it will double its size and come on top
  5. Squeeze all the water lightly and add it to sugar syrup
  6. Drain the excess sugar syurp by squeezing and keep aside
  7. Add
  8. In a pan add milk and condensed milk..let it boil..once it starts boiling add sugar and custard powder dissolved in little milk. Let it boil..it starts to thicken. Switch off the flame
  9. Add squeezed out hearts to custard mix with lots of pistachios
  10. Floating hearts are ready
