Take a bowl add rice and wheat flour add jaggery syrup add banana
Mix well
Rest at 30 mins
Cardamom powder and sesame seeds baking soda
Mix well like idly bater
Heat oil for deep frying or using paniyaaram pan
Take one spoon of batter and fry
Both sides till golden and crispy
Drain on a paper towel
