Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw banana para boiled - 2
  2. Curd - 250 gm
  3. Chopped chilly - 2
  4. Green Coriander - 4 tbsp
  5. Salt - as desired
  6. Cumin - 1 tbsp
  7. Chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  9. Oil - as desired
  10. Black salt - as desired
  11. Dried ginger - as desired
  12. Boiled potato (grated) - 1
  13. Lentil powder - 1/2 cup
  14. Sweet chutney - 100 gm
  15. Chopped raisins - 2 tbsp
  16. Mint powder - 1 tbsp
  17. Curd - 1 Tbsp
  18. Grated pistachio - 2 tbsp
  19. Paneer grated - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take grated potato, chilly, coriander leaves, salt, cumin, grated banana , ginger and lentil powder in a bowl and mix them well.
  2. Make small balls from the batter just made.
  3. Stuff these balls with raisins, curd, mint powder, pistachio and paneer.
  4. Shape these balls into vada or ghujia and fry them.
  5. Beat the curd and mix some Cummins and green coriander in it.
  6. Put the vadas in a tray and pour the curd over them beautifully.
  7. In a bowl mix coariander, Cummin powder, salt, black salt, dry ginger and chilly falkes.
  8. Sprinkles it on the vadas.
  9. Serve it cool
