Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Nenthran pazham (Kerala banana) 2 numbers
  2. Grated coconut 4 table spoon
  3. Chopped cashew 3 table spoon
  4. Raisins 2 table spoon
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Steam cook banana well and mash it like a dough
  2. Mix all ingredients except oil
  3. Make a cup shape with the banana and add the filling and make a ball of it and deep fry in low flame
  4. Serve hot
