Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 .1/2 cup gramflour besan
  2. 2. 1 potato
  3. 3 .1 onion
  4. 4 3-4 green chilli
  5. 5. 1 tsp ajwain
  6. 6. 1 tsp ginger garlic
  7. 7 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  8. 9 coriander leaves a cup
  9. 10 .Oil for frying
  10. 11 salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 prepare paste of gramflour with water of medium consistency, add spices and salt.
  2. 2 add sliced onion potato n green chilli along wit coriander.
  3. 3 Put the veggies in besan paste then deep fry them in oil.
  4. 4 Enjoy with your tea.
