Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 ripe bananas
  2. 2 cups fresh curd
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 10 cashews
  5. 1 tsp black mustard seeds.
  6. 2 drops rose essence
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 4 tbsp sugar
  9. Coriander

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd by adding sugar salt and rose essence. Now chop banana into thin slices or small cubes as u like. Chop green chillies. Now crush the mustard seeds with the help of a khal and dasta.
  2. After the sugar has dissolved add the bananas, chillies, mustard, cashews and coriander in it and take out in a serving bowl. Serve chilled and garnish with cashews.
