Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 200 gms.
  2. Cornflower 50 gms.
  3. Moida 50 gms.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  5. Onion sliced 1 big.
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  8. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  9. Tomato sauce 4 tbsp.
  10. Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
  11. Vinegar 1 tbsp.
  12. Salt as needed.
  13. Refined oil 1 cup.
  14. Green chilli 1 chopped .

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl & add cornflower , moida ,salt & water accordingly .
  2. Add paneer cubes in it & coat with it properly.
  3. Swallow fry the paneer cubes & keep aside.
  4. Add mustard seeds & green chilli in white oil.
  5. Add sliced onion.
  6. Add turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Add tomato sauce & vinegar in it.
  9. Add soya sauce.
  10. Add 4 tbsp water & paneer in it.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. Serve hot with tea or coffee .
