A lip smacking fried paneer starter, tempered with dry red chillies and curry leaves to enhance the flavour
Deliciously amazing!!!
Mix all the ingredients of the marignation, add paneer cubes and keep aside for 30 mins
Heat oil and fry paneer peices by lifting one peice at a time and dropping it in hot oil. Fry till crispy and drain it on kitchen towel **Note: Always fry paneer in non stick paneer, else it will stick to the kadahai Do not over fry it to dark black colour as the taste will be lost
Heat a kadhai, add mustard seeds, add dry red chillies broken into peices, finely chopped ginger garlic, Curry leaves stir fry for a min. Now add sliced onion and stir, add red chilly powder, garam masala powder & fried paneer cubes
Add a little water to the left over marination and stir well. Now add this marignation to Paneer 65 tadka. Stir it on high flame for a min. 5. Remove it on a plate and garnish it with corainder leaves and oinion slices. (This recipe is inspiration from a cookery show on TV)
