Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 200 grams
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  7. Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Curry leaves few
  10. Garam Masala
  11. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook mutton with onion tomato ginger garlic coriander powder and 1 teaspoon of chilly powder and salt for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Mix cooked mutton with chilly powder garam masala powder pepper and salt
  4. Add curry leaves in pan
  5. Then add mutton and shallow fry for 5 minutes
  6. Mutton fry is ready to serve
