Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup rwa (suji)
  2. 1small grated carrot
  3. 1sliced onion
  4. 1/2. Cup shredded cabbage
  5. 1 small sliced capcicum
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/2 spoon black papper
  8. 1sachet eno salt
  9. 1cup curd

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add curd and rwa and mix well
  2. Add all veggies, salt and black pepper
  3. Grease the appam pan with oil and heat it
  4. Add eno salt into batter and mix well
  5. Put one spoon batter in each cavity of appam pan and cover with lid
  6. Turn the appam side and again cover the lid and cook till both sides cooked well
  7. Appam is ready
