ABOUT PANEER CURRY RECIPE

Fried panner in combination of capsicum and tomatoes is filled with a taste of spices.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One big onion
  2. 250 grams fried panner
  3. One big capsicum
  4. One spoon Garlic cloves
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. Cumin seeds
  7. Coriander Powder
  8. One spoon Mirchi power
  9. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander for garnish
  12. 1/2 Lemon juice or vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat pan pour oil and add cumin, sesame seeds and fry for a minute
  2. Add garlic cloves and fry for minute
  3. Add onion and capsicum fry for a minute
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt fry for a minute
  5. Add paneer Cubes and fry for a minute
  6. Add tomatoes and fry till oil remove from it
  7. Add Mirchi powder and coriander powder , lemon juice fry till for better taste
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and eat with roti or rice.
