This super soft moist carrot cake is absolute comfort food at all times.It is a low calorie low fat healthy dessert for all ages.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1 cup
  2. Carrot grated -3/4 cup
  3. Sugar -1/2 cup
  4. Oil -1/4 cup
  5. Curd-1/2 cup
  6. milk -1/4 cup
  7. Vanilla essence -1 teaspoon
  8. Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
  9. Baking Soda -1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cinnamon powder -1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve maids, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside
  2. In a bowl add curd , sugar,milk and oil and mix well continuously
  3. Add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence to it.
  4. Add grated carrots maida baking powder and baking soda and fold gently until combined well
  5. Grease a baking tin add the mixture and place it in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Using toothpick check whether done and cut into pieces after it cools down.
  7. Tasty low fat moist carrot cake is ready to be served
