roast all the ingredients in slow flame and cool down for someone time. once it cool down grind them in a fine powder .Now use this biryani powder for making briyani

Instructions
Take a big bowl and marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste , curd,salt, turmeric powder, small amount of red chilli powder, small amount of biryani powder
Refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 1 hr
Take big vessel and add oil , ghee
once oil is hot add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks,cardamom,star anise,cloves.
then add chopped onion and cook until it turn in to golden color.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook them until the raw small goes
Now add marinated chicken and cook for some time then add tomatoes, green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves and mix them well
add the remaining red chilli powder, turmeric powder, briyani masala 2 tablespoon and mix them well
Now add the water ( 1 cup rice -1.5 cup water)
soak the rice 30 minutes before
Now add the soaked rice and cook them until all thewater gone
now the rice and chicken almost cooked well and keep the biryani pot in the tawa in low flame for 15-20 minutes
close the lid by using atta or aluminum foil.
After 20 minutes garnish the biryani with roasted cashews and coriander leaves.
Now the chicken Biryani ready to serve...
