Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 2 bowl basmati rice
  3. 2 clove
  4. 1 cinnamon stick
  5. 2 bay leaf
  6. 2 tbsp biryani masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp black pepper
  9. 2 sliced onions
  10. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 4_5 strands saffron
  12. Oil as used

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add chicken now add salt red chilli rest for 10 mn and deep fry it and keep aside.
  2. Now add sliced onions on oil saute add bay leaf clove cinamon mix and saute add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Now add rice add water with biryani masala and salt black pepper.
  4. Let it cook when rice is ready add saffron milk.and add fried pieces of chicken.
  5. Serve with onions green chutney and raita.
