These melt in mouth kebabs or kababs from the Mughlai Cuisine are the juiciest and the most succulent mainly due to it's long marination. They literally become as soft as silk. These are therefore often referred to as silky kebabs. These can be made with chicken or mutton mince both. Happy Grilling !!!!!!!!!
