Dadi ma ki recipe.This is one of my favourite dish.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Jackfruit 2 medium size
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn
  3. Onion 2 large chopped
  4. Tomato 2 large (puree)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric 1 tspn
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tspn
  8. Black pepper 1 tspn
  9. cumin powder 1 tspn
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. Cut jackfruit in square shape and wash it nicely
  2. Take kadai heat some oil and shallow fry jackfruit
  3. Take pressure cooker and add mustard oil in it.let oil get heat then add onions and let them fry till golden brown
  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it.when it changes it colour put turmeric and pepper to it
  5. Blend tomato and garam masala together and add to cooker
  6. Add salt and other masala and mix it.finally add kathal to it .after 2 mins add 1 glass of water and put the lid.
  7. Get 3 whistle and serve
