Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broken wheat 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery syrup 2 tsp
  3. Milk 1/4 cup
  4. Water 10 spoons

Instructions

  1. Soak broken wheat for 30 min
  2. Grind it using water and strain it to take milk.
  3. After boil wheat milk with water.
  4. Cook for 5 min and add milk and jaggery.
  5. Stir well.cook well till it reaches thick consistency.
