My all time favourite sabudana khichdi, fasting or non fasting, have to love this with curd.

Soak sabudana in adequate water for 1 hour.
Wash and drain the sabudana in a sieve and keep aside for half hr, add lemon juice and sugar.
In a wok, heat ghee and add cumin seeds.
As they crackle, add chopped potatoes, green chillies and crushed peanuts.
Add salt to taste and sauté for 1-2 mins.
Add the sabudana and add more salt and black pepper powder ,mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 mins till sabudana are soft and cooked.
Add coriander leaves and serve.
SERVING: 2
