Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup - sabudana
  2. 1 - potato, boiled
  3. 3-4 spoons - peanuts
  4. few curry leaves
  5. 2 - green chillies
  6. 1 - lemon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4th tsp - haldi
  9. 1/4th tsp - jeera
  10. 3 tbsp - oil
  11. 1/2 cup water - for soaking

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for atleast 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a kadahi and roast peanuts for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add chopped jeera, potatoes, curry leaves, green chillies.
  4. Now add haldi, sabudana, salt and squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Cover with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
