Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1kg Green peas
  2. 1tsp of Garam masala
  3. 1/2tsp of sugar
  4. 1/4tsp of jeera
  5. 1/4tsp of heeng
  6. 1tsp of ginger greated
  7. 1/2tsp of Green chilly
  8. Pinch of red chilli powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2tsp Amchoor powder
  11. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Shell the green peas
  2. Take a pan add oil crackle jeera and heeng
  3. Saute ginger
  4. Add green peas & green chilli chopped
  5. Add salt, Garam masala, red chilli powder, & sugar
  6. Add 1tb of water &cover the lid cook until soft
  7. Open the lid add Amchoor powder mix well
  8. Before serving sprinkle lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves..
