Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.three Bread Slices
  2. 2 four Green chillies
  3. 3. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. 4 .1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 7 Few curry leaves
  8. 8 A Handful of coriander leaves
  9. 9 salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Take 3 slices of bread and cut the corners and divide into 2 to make a dhokla.
  2. 2 Prepare the green chutney, by grinding the coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, garlic-ginger and salt together.
  3. 3 Put the tomato ketchup on one bread piece, then put another bread over it. Now put the green chutney over it, then cover it with another bread.
  4. 4.Once again, apply the tomato sauce again followed by the green chutney.
  5. 5.To prepare the tempering, heat a little oil, put in the green chilli and curry leaves. Assemble the bread in a plate and pour this tempering on top.
  6. 6.This dish is now ready to be served.
