ABOUT Chinese Machurian patty burger RECIPE

Chinese machurian burger is very unique recipe in which I added patty made up with machurian ingredients and spiced with shezwan sauce with mayonnaise .which gives burger tangy and spicy flavour, i used in this cabbage leaves instead of lettuce to enhance the chinese flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For burger patty
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  3. 2table spoon chopped freach beans
  4. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  5. 2 table spoon chopped spring onion
  6. 1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste
  7. 2 table spoon refined flour
  8. 2 table spoon cornflour
  9. 1/2 tea spoon sugar
  10. 1tea spoon chopped green chilli
  11. 1/2tea spoon black pepper powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Water 2 table spoon or as required for binding
  14. 1table spoon shezwan sauce
  15. Oil to shallow fry tikki
  16. For manchurian sauce
  17. 1/2cup Water
  18. 1table spoon cornflour
  19. 2 tea spoon soya sauce
  20. 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  21. 2 tea spoon tomato sauce
  22. 2 table spoon grated cabbage
  23. 1teaspoon Oil
  24. 1teaspoon chopped green chilli
  25. 1/2teaspoon dry ginger powder
  26. 1/2teaspoon black pepper powder
  27. Salt to taste
  28. Pinch of sugar
  29. 1/2teaspoin vinegar
  30. 1teaspoon chopped spring onion
  31. For Sauce
  32. 1/2cup funfoods burger mayonnaise
  33. 1/2cup shezwan sauce
  34. Other ingredients
  35. 4buns
  36. 1table spoon butter
  37. 1/2cup Fried Noodles
  38. 4 cabbage leaves
  39. 2 tomato rings
  40. 2 capsicum rings

Instructions

  1. For patty
  2. Add all vegetables , refined flour , cornflour ,salt , pepper ,sugar shezwan sauce all ingredients in a deep bowl .Mix well.
  3. Bind it with some water and Make a dough .Make 4 patties from the dough.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all patties one by one till crisp and golden.
  5. For manchurian sauce
  6. Take another pan .Add 1 tsp oil for sauce .
  7. Add cabbage and green chilli ,saute it .
  8. Take 1/2cup water add cornflour soya sauce ,chilli sauce , and mix well.
  9. Add cornflour water in the pan .And stir continuesly till thicken. Add sugar salt ,pepper ,Ginger powder ,and mix well .
  10. Add chopped spring onion in it .And keep aside .
  11. For burger sauce
  12. Add mayonnaise and shezwan sauce in a big bowl ,mix well .Keep aside .
  13. Heat butter in a pan and toast burger on low flame .For 2 minutes.
  14. Assemble burger __
  15. Cut each burger bun into half .
  16. Apply 1table spoon burger sauce .On both buttered sides.
  17. Place cabbage leaves ,tomato ring, capsicum ring on cutlet.
  18. Place burger tikki over it .
  19. Add 1table spoon thick manchurian sauce over burger tikki .
  20. Add table spoon fried noodles over it .
  21. Cover an upper half of the burger bun.with buttered side facing down.
  22. Press it lightly
  23. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 more Burger.
  24. Serve immediately with some salad and French fries .
