Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Palak 3 cups
  2. Wheat flour 2 cups
  3. Jeera 1 spoon
  4. Chilli 2
  5. Salt 1 spoon
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Ghee 3 spoon
  8. Oil 50 ml

Instructions

  1. In a pan boil the spinach,garlic,chilli,jeera for 10mins
  2. Grind it
  3. In a large bowl add spinach paste ,wheat flour,ghee and salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Make the soft dough
  6. Divide the dough into equal balls
  7. Roll the dough thinly
  8. Cook both side
  9. Palak chapathi ready
